Born and bred Texans, we have recently moved from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area to Austin. Our business began in 2002 and continues to thrive today. We enjoy designing original gift baskets to help people express their feelings across the miles.

Each gift basket is carefully assembled, paying close attention to detail. Superior product selection and outstanding presentation are the main focus in our designs.

As the owner of Velvet Ribbon Baskets, I would like to share a little about my background. I grew up in Ft. Worth, Texas, graduated from Texas A&M University, taught 4th grade for 5 years, and started a family. After taking a couple of years off to stay home with our daughter, I decided to turn my "creative hobby" into a business. With the help of my loving husband and the ever-so-honest constructive criticism of our daughter, we have managed to develop this wonderful family-run business.
